As Retail Coordinator, you must exemplify our company values and take all necessary steps to support Retail Brand Manager / Retail department to ensure the overall success of assigned brands’ boutiques in Vietnam
- Là nhân viên trực thuộc phòng Bán lẻ, ứng viên cần hiểu rõ các giá trị của công ty để từ đó thực hiện các công việc cần thiết để hỗ trợ cho các Quản lý nhãn hàng bán lẻ / Phòng bán lẻ để đảm bảo thành công của từng thương hiệu được giao_

You will work in collaboration with the Retail, Marketing and other related departments. You will report directly to Retail Department.
- Ứng viên sẽ làm việc cùng với bộ phận Bán lẻ, Marketing và các bộ phận liên quan khác trong công ty. Ứng viên sẽ báo cáo trực tiếp với Phòng bán lẻ._
- Preparing data for the brand's shipments monthly (on average, there are about 60 shipments per month including goods for selling and non-merchandise goods)
- Chuẩn bị data cho các lô hàng của các thương hiệu về trong tháng (trung bình mỗi tháng có khoảng 60 lô hàng bao gồm hàng bán và hàng non-merchandise)_
- Summarize results, monitor BEY, BEM (Best Employee of the Month) programs, Best Store
- Tổng hợp kết quả, theo dõi các chương trình BEY, BEM (Nhân viên suất xắc tháng), Cửa hàng xuất sắc_
- Collecting Seasonal Test results
- Tập hợp kết quả Seasonal Test_
- Aggregating, store, and update the process date of the Retail department
- Tổng hợp lưu trữ update date quy trình của bộ phận Retail_
- Systematize documents, draft and issue official documents

- Summarize scoring and evaluation of SOP operation

- Preparing necessary data and send to Admin department to ask for a license for the store's promotions
- Chuẩn bị số liệu cần thiết gửi bộ phận Admin xin giấy phép cho các chương trình khuyến mãi của cửa hàng_
- Gathering results (revenue, traffic, aggregate feedback from stores...) of promotions, promotions, events
- Tập hợp kết quả (doanh thu, traffic, tổng hợp feedback từ cửa hàng...) các chương trình khuyến mãi, sự kiện_
- Preparing tasks related to issuing vouchers/coupons for brands
- Chuẩn bị các công việc liên quan đến phát hành voucher/coupon cho nhãn hàng_
- Perform other tasks assigned during working time at Retail department
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác được giao trong thời gian làm việc tại bộ phận Bán lẻ_

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng/ đại học_
- At least 1 years of relevant experience in fashion, or in similar capacity
- Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc liên quan tới thời trang hoặc có năng lực tương tự_
- Passion in retail industry
- Có đam mê với ngành bán lẻ_
- Good command in English
- Tiếng anh thành thạo_
