- Địa điểm làm việc: _ Roman Plaza, Tố Hữu, Hà Đông, Hà Nội

**1. Yêu cầu**:

- Có ít nhất 1 - 2 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý vận hành kho bãi; có kinh nghiệm quản lý từ xa kho bãi tại các thị trường Đông Nam Á là một lợi thế;
- Có khả năng, hiểu biết về hệ thống quản lý kho bãi, có thể triển khai setup kho từ đầu và đưa vào hệ thống vận hành là lợi thế;
- Trình độ giao tiếp tiếng Anh từ khá trở lên;
- Có tư duy sử dụng hệ thống phần mềm;
- Có kỹ năng quản lý, điều phối nhân sự từ xa;
- Sẵn sàng đi công tác nước ngoài.

**2. Mô tả công việc**:
Quản lý chung các hoạt động của kho:

- Triển khai, giám sát và cải tiến các hoạt động, quy trình và nguồn lực của bộ phận kho;
- Phụ trách điều phối thông tin từ Warehouse Head office tới bộ phận kho tại các thị trường bản địa được phân công;
- Tổ chức giao nhận, vận chuyển hàng hóa theo đúng kế hoạch đã giao;
- Xây dựng kế hoạch sửa chữa, mở rộng, làm mới và lắp đặt trang thiết bị cho hệ thống kho bãi đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn của công ty;
- Quản lý số lượng (nhập, xuất, tồn) hàng tồn kho, thực hiện các thủ tục xuất nhập, sắp xếp, lưu trữ, bảo quản hàng hóa;
- Kiểm soát và theo dõi tiến độ giao hàng;
- Thực hiện các công việc khác do Ban Giám đốc chỉ đạo;
- Tổ chức thực hiện việc kiểm kê hàng hoá, tài sản theo kế hoạch định kỳ hoặc đột xuất.
**3. Phúc lợi**:

- **Mức lương: 15.000.000 VND - 20.000.000 VND

- Review lương cố định 1 lần/1 năm
- Tăng lương dựa theo năng lực và đóng góp
- Sau khi kí HĐLĐ chính thức, nhân viên được tham gia BHXH - BHYT - BHTN
- Các chế độ phúc lợi khác theo Quy định của Công ty
- Chế độ nghỉ phép (Sau thử việc): 1 phép nghỉ/tháng;
- Áp dụng theo quy định của Công ty, căn cứ vào đặc thù kinh doanh và dựa trên nguyện vọng của nhân sự.

**4. Thời gian làm tiệc**
- Thời gian làm việc: Từ Thứ 2 - Thứ 7
+Sáng: Từ 8h00 - 12h00
+Chiều: Từ 13h30 - 17h30

Loại hình công việc: Toàn thời gian

Mục lương: 15.000.000₫ - 20.000.000₫ một tháng

Khả năng di chuyển đến nơi làm/chuyển nhà:

- Ha Noi: Có khả năng di chuyển đến nơi làm một cách chắc chắn hoặc lên kế hoạch chuyển nhà trước khi bắt đầu làm việc (Bắt buộc)
