**Role Purpose**:
Responsible for managing all Supply Chain activities, ensuring products and services are effectively sourced and delivered on time and at an acceptable price meeting agreed quality criteria.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop strategies, policies, and procedures for procurement activities and administer the supply chain function/process to follow procurement practices and procedures.
- Research vendors and sourcing strategies to continually provide the best overall quality at the lowest price.
- Identify reliable and credible suppliers and formulate suitable terms and conditions to ensure timely delivery of materials/parts/components/equipment of proper quality and quantity.
- Establish and improve purchasing regulations, coordinating purchasing activities with engineering and manufacturing departments to maintain inventories at planned levels.
- Establish and develop a cost reduction program to meet plant and customer expectations while minimizing total supply chain inventory investment and component costs.
- Regularly forecast, schedule, and control the flow of materials to support the production plan and customer requirements.
- Monitor material levels and flows to improve productivity and lower total inventory.
- Ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance and material availability while minimizing headcount, inventory investment, and costs to support plant goals and objectives.
- Collect raw material price trends and control purchasing costs.
- Manage suppliers and develop them through regular audits.
- Listen to customer suggestions and feedback after goods are delivered, continuously improving quality through product and material improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 6 years' experience in a Supply Chain Management role, ideally for a multinational manufacturing company. Proficient in Supply Chain Knowledge including Inventory, Procurement, Planning & Scheduling, and Warehousing & Technologies.
- Competencies:

- Strong strategic agility to analyze the competitive environment and industry trends to drive proper supply chain strategy.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills with the ability to manage and develop supplier relationships.
- Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels.
- Language: Fluent in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.

**Salary**: 13,000,000₫ - 18,000,000₫ per month
