As a Procurement and Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth clearance of goods through availability of all relevant documents related to quality, country of origin, tax, shipping docs. Reporting to Procurement and Logistics Team Leader, you will be ensuring the procurement of product is correct in quantity and quality according to customer’s requirements. This position is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

**This position reports to**:
Procurement Team Lead

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the exact of contract /customer’s order according to company policy
- Creating sale order, purchase requisition, purchase order in SAP, update order's data in master file
- Processing the procurement with suppliers and follow up the suppliers’ delivery as well as payment to suppliers
- Ensuring the procurement terms and conditions as agreed with supplier (delivery terms, payment terms, etc)
- Sending Order Acknowledgement (OA) to customers based on the PO from suppliers
- Completing related clearance documents and inform delivery about delivery plan
- Sending arrival notice and payment request to customers. Following up the payment from customers for delivery
- Sending Certificate of Origin (CO)/Certificate of Quality (CQ) to customer

**Your background**:

- Graduate from foreign trade university, Business Administration, English language
- 1-2 years experiences in procurement/purchasing, logistics (including customs clearance) field
- Fluent in English
- Good organization skills, proactive, result-oriented, passion, willingness to take the job
- Ability in managing several tasks
- Self-motivated with a high level of creativity
- Familiar and have practical experience with MS Office: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Projects, PowerPoint, and other software, good computer skills
