- As HFH Restaurant manager, you are responsible for managing and monitoring all Restaurant operations in the hospital, including the H-Café restaurant, food deliveries to in-patients (in room dining and room service) as well as oversight of the Saint Honoré Coffee Shop concession in the lobby, as to deliver an excellent dining or refreshment experience for Guest, Patients, Doctors, staff and outside customers
- As Restaurant Manager, you are responsible to delight all our restauration guests all the time both in selection, product quality as customer service excellence, making sure the quality of the food is matched by the quality of service, including supervise, train, coach and develop team members
- As Restaurant Manager you are responsible for respecting and attaining the function’s budget, both for revenue and for cost adherence (staffing and expenditures), working within all budgeted guidelines and to achieve business results

- College or University degree (preferred) in hospitality management or a relevant field for the function
- A current, valid, and relevant trade qualification (proof required)
- A certification in management
- Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous, relevant experience as a Restaurant manager in a first-class / 4 or 5 star property.
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (French is an advantage)
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with colleagues, guests and management when and where needed

- Salary package in details will be discussed during the interview
- Specific KPIs target and KPIs incentive on top of Salary Package will be discussed, if any
- Contribution of all Compulsory Insurances (Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Unemployment Insurance) from starting date
- Working Time: Standard working time is 44h/ week; 24 working days per month
- Annual Leave: 14 Days per year
