Company Description

The Project Executive is responsible for managing projects of Devera Academy - LECLE's education project. In this role, you will work directly with our stakeholders and partners to to bring quality technology training programs to students in Vietnam National University Areas in Thu Duc District (Làng Đại Học - Thủ Đức).

Devera Academy is a computer programming training center run by LECLE and our partners. Our academy dedicates a physical technology environment where tech-savvy and passionate co-explorers meet their companions. To be specific, we are creating a space where IT instructors meet their students and IT businesses meet their top talents. Located in the heart of VNU’s area at the Student Cultural House, we are building a community of technology enthusiasts who share a similar interest in technology and are eager to be well-prepared for future digital globalization.

**Job Description**:

- Act as a program manager in identifying and planning the project objectives and activities (courses, events) that suit company goals.
- Lead the directions and collaborate with internal (instructor, design, HR, IT) to design and execute courses / events.
- Manage and implement strategies and tactics to promote the program, including promoting the program to all stakeholders (students, investors, partners, BODs).
- Research vendors (location, activations, catering, decorators) and manage program operations (venue, invitations, logistics, media support).
- Build relationship with University and other stakeholders (ex: Student Cultural House Building Manager).
- Manage website, CRM (Odoo), social channels.
- Create content and manage website, CRM, company social channels.
- Maintain classroom facilities.
- Monthly define, manage, report all KPIs to BODs and investors.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree, preferrably in Marketing, PR, Communications or related majors.
- At least 1 year of experienced as an Account Executive/Marketing Executive/Project Executive.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter with can-do attitude.

Nice to have
- Experienced or interested in Content Marketing and organizing events.
- Tech-savvy.
- Basic design skill (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
