**The role, as a part of SSC (Centre of Excellence),**
- With mínimal supervision in a distributed workforce environment, provide Accounts Receivable and Collections services to customers for all Lines of Business supported (including, but not limited to, e-commerce, live commerce, performance marketing, and tech). This comprises clients in the mid
- to big market, as well as countries in Southeast Asia with a greater degree of complexity.
- Responsible for the claimback computation, reconciliation, and clearing. Improve the recording and matching of claimbacks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for billing and collection inquiries from internal and external business partners.
- Create, review, and recommend necessary documents to generate customer billing.
- Provide accurate and complete information to business partners and customers and assist them in understanding the billing and collection process.
- Use a data-driven approach in resolving billing disputes and payment issues through the analysis and review of information; provide alternate solutions.
- Resolve outstanding aging balances for accounts, using knowledge of business systems and their relationship to billing and collections.
- Assist the senior specialist with Master Files development and maintenance (i.e customers/ brand partners/ ecommerce platforms/claimback terms).
- Handling supporting documentation related to AR.
- Comply with and maintain data integrity of confidential information, security policies, company policies, internal controls, and procedures.
- Maintain service level agreements and key performance indicators for the accounts receivable accounting function.
- Other duties as assigned by the Deputy Head/ Head of SSC.

**Who we look for—the ideal profile**
- A degree in accounting, auditing, and finance.
- NetSuite experience.
- Experience in retail/marketing agency business is a plus.
- Being good at English.
- Familiarity with SQL and Power BI is a plus.
- Ability to perform detailed work with numerical data, analyze data, oversee assigned tasks and projects, make informed decisions, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis, and multi-tasking skills.
- Critical thinking and analytical, with a solution-oriented approach to work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external business partners
