Automation Technician

**Core Responsibilities**:
**_Trách nhiệm chính _**
- Software System monitoring, debugging and troubleshooting operational problems (PLC, Controller, Drivers, Robotic systems).
- _Giám sát hệ thống phần mềm, gỡ lỗi và khắc phục sự cố vận hành (PLC, Bộ điều khiển, Trình điều khiển, Hệ thống Robot). _
- Provide guidance and technical expertise to operators, mainly focusing on PLC, controllers, drivers, robotic systems.
- _Cung cấp hướng dẫn và chuyên môn kỹ thuật cho nhân viên vận hành, chủ yếu tập trung vào PLC, bộ điều khiển, trình điều khiển, hệ thống robot. _
- Participate in specifying, functional designing and software programs which will be developed and installed into equipment. Other duties are to manage and update wiring schematic, layouts, technical document, PLC program and other related document of machinery and equipment.
- _Tham gia vào việc xác định, thiết kế chức năng và các chương trình phần mềm sẽ được phát triển và cài đặt vào thiết bị. Các nhiệm vụ khác là quản lý và cập nhật sơ đồ đấu dây, bố trí, tài liệu kỹ thuật, chương trình PLC và các tài liệu liên quan khác của máy móc và thiết bị. _
- Participate and involve during installation, modify and commissioning of new equipment, module’s modification, software/hardware modification, upgrading new platforms / processes and layouts.
- _Tham gia và có mặt trong quá trình lắp đặt, sửa đổi và chạy thử thiết bị mới, sửa đổi mô-đun, sửa đổi phần mềm/phần cứng, nâng cấp nền tảng/quy trình và bố trí mới. _
- _Nghiên cứu và áp dụng PDCA để cải thiện độ tin cậy và thời gian chu kỳ của thiết bị, loại bỏ/giảm thiểu bất kỳ gián đoạn nào đối với hoạt động của máy. _
- Lead and organize the training to improve local specialist team’s technical maturity ( e.g. automation and digitalization, PLC program structure, PLC controller, etc.).
- _Tổ chức và đào tạo nhằm nâng cao độ trình độ kỹ thuật của đội ngũ chuyên môn trong nước (ví dụ: tự động hóa và số hóa, cấu trúc chương trình PLC, bộ điều khiển PLC, v.v.). _
- Drive continuous improvement for enhanced productivity, usability and serviceability.
- _Thúc đẩy cải tiến liên tục để nâng cao hiệu suất. _
- Active participation in software/hardware global projects.
- _Tham gia tích cực vào các dự án toàn cầu về phần mềm/phần cứng. _
- Collaboration with other sites and sharing the best practices related to processes and technologies.
- _Hợp tác với các địa điểm khác và chia sẻ những thực tiễn tốt nhất liên quan đến quy trình và công nghệ. _
- Actively communicate with subordinates and provide constructive feedback.
- _Giao tiếp tích cực với cấp dưới và cung cấp phản hồi mang tính xây dựng. _
- Other tasks assigned by manager.

**Do you have what it takes?**

**_Yêu cầu công việc: _**
- Strong experience in electronics, automation technology.
- _Kinh nghiệm vững mạnh trong lĩnh vực điện tử và công nghệ tự động hóa. _
- Minimum 2 years' experience in technician field.
- _Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kỹ thuật. _
- Experience of PLC software programming (Prefer PLC: Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi).
- _Có kinh nghiệm lập trình phần mềm PLC (Ưu tiên PLC: Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi). _
- Previous experience working for a multinational company that understands the value of working in a diverse environment.
