HR & Admin Supervisor

Supervise the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

Provide counseling on policies and procedures to staff

Supervise the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

Performing administrative tasks

Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs

Covering all legal compliance for Admin & HR requirements

Reviewing procedures for employee safety, welfare, wellness and health

Oversee daily duties of employees to ensure that quality standards are being met and proper procedures are being followed

Give guidance to employees in handling errors, problems, complaints and/or disputes

Perform employee evaluations and make recommendations on personnel actions, such as promotions or firing

Implement company or departmental policies, procedures and quality/service standardsOthers task required by manager.

Worrking time: Monday to Saturday morning
