ABOUT THE TEAM
- Our New game division’s mission is to create new hit hybrid casual music games that make interacting with music fun and a part of everyone's daily life.
- This division is responsible for coming up with ideas, developing new games through in-house game development or collaboration with partners, then publishing and continuously improving the marketability and product performance of the games until they meet the company benchmarks for transferring to operation phases.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

**AI-Driven Art Creation**:

- Utilize **Stable Diffusion** and its plugins (e.g., **ControlNet**, **LoRA**) to generate high-quality assets, including character designs, environments, and props.
- Fine-tune AI models using LoRA for specific art styles or game themes, ensuring consistent and tailored outputs.
- Adapt and refine AI-generated art to fit the game’s visual style and technical specifications.

**Workflow Integration**:

- Develop workflows that seamlessly integrate AI-generated tools into the game art production pipeline.
- Create and maintain libraries of fine-tuned models, ensuring they align with game styles and themes.
- Collaborate with other artists to incorporate AI-generated assets into game engine.

**Innovation and Experimentation**:

- Research and experiment with the latest advancements in AI plugins, tools, and techniques.
- Explore and implement new uses for AI technology in concept art, prototyping, and production assets.
- Propose creative solutions to improve efficiency and quality in asset creation through AI.

**Collaboration and Training**:

- Work closely with designers, developers, and other artists to ensure the successful integration of AI-generated assets.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on how to use AI tools effectively, including plugins like ControlNet and LoRA.

QUALIFICATIONS

**3+ years of experience** as a game artist or concept artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality work.
- Expertise in **Stable Diffusion** and advanced plugins or similar technologies.
- Proficiency in traditional art tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Maya).
- Strong understanding of AI workflows, including fine-tuning models and using advanced prompts for precise outputs.
- Ability to adapt and refine AI-generated outputs to fit specific art styles, themes, and technical requirements.

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience creating art assets for hybrid casual or mobile games.
- Familiarity with integrating assets into game engines like **Unity**.
- Knowledge of procedural generation and other AI-assisted techniques in game development.
- A passion for emerging technologies and a drive to push the boundaries of AI in game art.
