**I. SUMMARY**:
The role is responsible for developing the business growth of the Social Commerce department. And carrying both sides of marketing strategies and execution for the KOL/KOC Affiliate program. Driving and leading the SC team to discovery and hit sales achievement on other platforms like those TikTok TSP-MCN, Youtube Shopping - Meta Commerce.

**II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Person in charge of the Social Commerce project, responsible for the project P&L with the CEO.
- Touching and Utilizing the company's resources to successfully support the Social Commerce and KOL projects.
- In charge of the Social Commerce and KOL Marketing at strategic and execution levels to increase the sales and quantity of KOL profiles joining the network.
- Lead and built up the team, serving to sales thrive on the TikTok TSP-MCN - Youtube Shopping - Meta Commerce platform channels.
- Working with the regional team, such as the product, technology, and data departments, to develop the SC platform features.
- Working with the Legal - Financial team on general terms & conditions terms to ensure alignment with partners and client best practices and policies.
- Associate with the KOL/Talent/APD teams to look and hunt the KOL/KOC potential to join the network.

**III. JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent English, both verbal & written.
- Excellent presentation skills by PPT - Google slide.
- At least 10 years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing - Retail, and experience working for well-known e-commerce will be an advantage.
- Having experience working with KOL is plus.
- Being passionate about content and digital media.
- Being a creative storyteller with a commercial-oriented mindset
- Having an eye for good design. Able to guide designers via specific briefs and requirements
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Being highly logical & structured in thoughts and communication
- Being able to read and comprehend insights from data and make decisions based on that
- Being confident with communication skills and showing an ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization
- A high degree of drive, energy, and passion for succeeding
