Responsibilities
Responsible for Internet network management (wired & Wi-Fi), Laptops & Desktops, Printers, Photocopy machines, Projectors, Videos conference, Timekeeper machines
Supporting for all Divisions/ Departments if they have any problems
Follow up and update IT device lists. Be responsible for writing Minutes of Handing over devices, updating the history of equipment repair
Install OS and Software, prepare/ withdraw employees’ devices
Manage projectors, printers, photocopy such as set up, operate, control ink costs.
Prepare the regular or unexpected reports as requests from the head of team

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor, College Degree in IT or related field
English Communication, written (pre-intermediate and above)
Have at least 2 years worked as IT Support
Be able to move and support the site outof office; whenever there are major errors occur

Working time: Mon - Fri; 8:00 - 18:00
