DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationVietnam - HanoiThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Quản lý đội ngũ nhân viên nhận hàng, tài xế lái xe tại trạm/ _Managing riders and another team member in the hub_
- Quản lý công việc, ca làm việc cho đội ngũ nhân viên giao hàng, và các nhân viên tại trạm/ _Assigning work, arranging shifts for managed staffs_
- Đảm bảo hàng hóa đã nhận về đúng nơi, đúng thời điểm, đúng yêu cầu của quy trình vận hành/ _Ensuring goods have been received at the right place, at the right time, in accordance with the requirements of the operating process_
- Quản lý quá trình giao, nhận, trả của hàng hóa thuộc khu vực quản lý/ _Managing delivery, pickup, return process for all belong districts_
- Xử lý các quy trình phát sinh của người mua trong quá trình giao nhận/ _Handling processes incurred by the buyer during delivery_
- Theo dõi quá trình tuyển dụng, cũng như chịu trách nhiệm quản lý về mặt con người làm việc/ _Monitoring the hiring process, as well as being responsible for managing the people working_
- Báo cáo hiện trạng, hoạt động giao hàng hàng tuần, đề xuất hướng giải quyết/ _Status reports, weekly deliveries, recommendations for solutions_
- Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý COD/ Responsible for COD management.

**Requirements**:

- Hiểu biết về vận hành giao hàng, đặc biệt trong lĩnh vực giao nhận nhanh và lĩnh vực e commerce
- Có kinh nghiệm về quản lý đội nhóm, và ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý
- Hiểu và nắm rõ về các tuyến đường trong địa bàn Hà Nội là một lợi thế
- Có khả năng làm việc nhóm cũng như độc lập tốt trong môi trường nhanh và năng động
