**Job Description**:

- Overseeing the entire hiring process for executives and above.
- Leading recruitment programs and campaigns with universities on social media; and coordinating with headhunters to meet requirements.
- Carrying out human resource objectives and policies to ensure executive and above employee recruitment, retention, motivation, and performance in support of organizational needs.
- Managing all executive-level employee performance review cycles and achieving completion goals established by the team.
- Putting policies into place to ensure an open culture consistent with the organization's principles and conduct.
- Carrying out any additional responsibilities that are appropriate for the current position when and as directed by management.
- Perform duties given by the director

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience as similar role or relevant field.
- Experience in performance and operations management.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in manufacturing factories is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
