1. Teacher Support
- Plan and conduct induction teacher training programs on instructional materials and equipment, teaching aids, and team norms;
- Manage teachers’ teaching and working schedule and arrange substitution when needed;
- Support the execution of curriculum framework, teaching methodology, learning assessment, pacing guide... for all grades to ensure students meet expected outcome of the program;
- Promulgate updates in school policy, regulations in a timely manner.

2. Academic Operation and Quality Framework
- Contribute to and coordinate the school year action plan for international program including academic activities, ECA activities, events, examination & contests, etc.;
- Coordinate for the Academic Quality Framework: class observation schedule, training workshop organization, curriculum feedback collection, etc.;
- Collate reports in students’ performance and team productivity for systematic analysis and propose action plan for improvement;
- Streamline teaching & learning resources.

3. Inter-department liaison
- Assist in external partnerships: publishers, suppliers, trainers;
- Support teacher recruitment;
- Arrange placement tests for prospective students;
- Liaise with other departments in school-wide activities;
- Translate documents, announcements, guidelines.

4. Administration and School Policy
- Attend team/department/school meetings to get updates on codes, regulations, and policy;
- Understand and comply staff and department handbooks as well as policy and guidance documents.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
1. Qualifications/Training
- Bachelor degree with background in teaching or education;
- English proficiency of B2 at the minimum.

2. Experience
- Have 2 years experience in operating English Program, especially in K-12 schools.

3. Specific knowledge/Skill
- Good interpersonal skills and high team-working spirit;
- Ability to work under high pressure;
- Clear demonstration of being innovative, self-disciplined, and result-oriented;
- Good analytical & PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
