**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 40 - 60 triệu VNĐ)

1. Thiết Kế và Tư Vấn Giải Pháp:
Tương tác với các lãnh đạo doanh nghiệp để phân tích nhu cầu, đề xuất các giải pháp tối ưu trên nền tảng AWS.
Thiết kế hệ thống bao gồm hạ tầng, cơ sở dữ liệu, lưu trữ và bảo mật.
Đánh giá tính khả thi di chuyển, xác định các phụ thuộc và khắc phục trở ngại kỹ thuật.
2. Triển Khai Giải Pháp:
Hỗ trợ di chuyển và hiện đại hóa hệ thống lên nền tảng AWS.
Thiết lập và triển khai các công nghệ liên quan đến bảo mật và kiểm tra hạ tầng.
3. Tối Ưu Hóa và Vận Hành:
Đánh giá hiệu suất, bảo mật và chi phí hạ tầng AWS cho khách hàng.
Đảm bảo hệ thống đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn về High Availability (HA) và Disaster Recovery (DR).
Giám sát và khắc phục các sự cố liên quan đến AWS.
4. Hỗ Trợ Kinh Doanh và Phát Triển Sản Phẩm:
Hợp tác với đội ngũ kinh doanh trong việc trình bày giải pháp kỹ thuật cho khách hàng.
Phân tích xu hướng thị trường và hỗ trợ thiết kế, phát triển các sản phẩm/dịch vụ mới trên nền tảng AWS.
5. Đào Tạo và Phát Triển:
Tổ chức đào tạo đội ngũ nội bộ và khách hàng về các công nghệ AWS.
Cập nhật thông tin về xu hướng công nghệ mới nhất của AWS để cung cấp các giải pháp tiên tiến.

- Lương tháng thỏa thuận theo năng lực và vị trí công tác
- Gói phúc lợi tiền mặt 9 triệu/năm vào các dịp Lễ, Tết, Sinh nhật Tập đoàn...
- Xét tăng lương theo năng lực và kết quả công việc định kỳ 1 lần/năm. Hoặc tăng lương đột xuất theo hiệu quả công việc.
- Bảo hiểm xã hội, Bảo hiểm sức khỏe, Team building, Thưởng hiệu quả làm việc, Khám sức khỏe định kỳ, Du lịch hàng năm

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong việc thiết kế, triển khai và tư vấn các hệ thống CNTT phân tán.
- Kinh nghiệm dẫn dắt các dự án di chuyển trung tâm dữ liệu hoặc đám mây.
- Hiểu biết về Infrastructure architecture, Database architecture, Networking, IT Security, và Software development.
- Kinh nghiệm thực tế với các công nghệ như VMware, Hyper-V, Terraform, Kubernetes.

Chứng chỉ:

- Chứng chỉ AWS Solutions Architect Associate hoặc AWS Solutions Architect Professional.
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm với DevOps, CI/CD, Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Kỹ năng:

- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, trình bày và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
- Tính tự chủ cao, có khả năng độc lập lấy khách hàng làm trung tâm.
