**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of Power Platform solutions to address business needs.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Provide expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse for high-quality solution delivery.
- Establish best practices and governance policies for Power Platform environments, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in Power Platform development practices.
- Conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions and demos to showcase potential solutions to stakeholders.
- Ensure successful end-to-end solution deployment, from concept through deployment and continuous monitoring.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
- 6+ years in IT solution architecture, with a minimum of 4+ years dedicated to the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 integrations.
- Knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure API Management, is preferred.
- Background in data modeling, data engineering, and analytics is a plus.
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business needs and translate them into solution designs.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
- Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, are a plus.
