System controller & Administrtion (ERP SAP, CRM SFDC, ISCN, e
- Invoice, VBA Programs)

Handle all incidents, new business request of ISCN, E- Invoice
Control Active - Inactive customers in SFDC as approved process
Validate new difference account master data created by end users in both ERP SAP & CRM SFDC

Responsible for operational reports

Working with internal members and related teams to ensure the accuracy of data, strict data process.
Take lead the SIT, UAT, training
Take part into the solution discussion as well as be changed for the report.
Receive requests from functional teams, analyze requirements, coordinate with related teams to provide solutions & develop reports according to needs and re
- validate documents
Frequently review the current process, define the painpoints and get involve relevant team to find solution to improve

Other tasks as assigned

Do reports as required
Survey designer
Create/ inactive Insee connect users for customers as approval form
Mass update data
Etc,..

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Educational Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business with experience in system/database
Bachelors degress in IT - database administrator
English level: Good at speaking, reading & writing

Relevant Experience

2- 3 years experience in Sales & marketing department is advantage
2- 3 years experience in CRM or SAP O2C business analyst
