Responsibilities:
Lead the key engineering related projects for companywide or high-risky product development projects, and deliver the good result;Develop new products from launching until mass production qualification, including but not limited to supplier qualification assessment, sample review, testing, and validation and verification.Interface with suppliers, advising them in all aspects of the products quality and any chance of improvement.Implement designer transfer to suppliers and internal stakeholders such as supplier quality engineering and inspector.Handle change control related to product development and make sure compliance and effectiveness.Provide solution and handle quality issues related to product develop.Keep continuous improvement for products and product development process.

Experience Requirements:
At least 10 years working experiences in R&D/NPD/NPI engineering role with min 3 years at manager level; Expert in product development project managementExperience in medical device industry is most preferable. However, all industries (metal/plastic injection...) are welcome as long as you have excellent supplier development and project management skills;Willing to frequently travel across the nation (more than 50% workload).
