About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Solutions team at Clari. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve remarkable results with our revenue platform.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and guidance to our customers, helping them to better understand and utilize our platform. You will work closely with our customers to troubleshoot issues, provide training and education, and ensure that our customers are achieving their revenue goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve our platform
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and other documentation to support customer success
  • Participate in onboarding and training programs to ensure customers are set up for success
  • Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements to our platform
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support or customer success capacity
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Intercom, Jira, and Slack is a plus
