Work you'll do

  • Work individually or collaboratively on projects including business process enhancement, internal auditing, risk management, fraud detection, corporate restructuring, policy development, etc.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business operations, risks, and controls
  • Revamp business processes for better efficiency
  • Create and execute control testing strategies to ensure effective controls
  • Prepare reports and finalize improvement suggestions with client management
  • Evaluate internal controls meticulously
  • Deliver high-quality client outputs (analysis, reports, presentations)
  • Collaborate with team members in specialized areas to offer comprehensive solutions to key clients
  • Meet or exceed client expectations and project goals as a team player
  • Take charge and ensure project delivery meets firm standards and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with the Manager for effective engagement risk management and quality assurance
  • Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships
  • Handle additional tasks as needed

Talent Development

  • Assist the Manager in building and retaining a competent team capable of delivering value through teamwork
  • Engage in mentoring, coaching, and nurturing talent for future growth
  • Provide continuous on-the-job training, offer feedback, and support to the staff

Branding and Relationship Building

  • Enhance brand visibility by conducting public talks, seminars, and client presentations
  • Actively participate in proposals, bidding, and explore new market opportunities under the Manager's guidance

Requirements

  • Proficiency in data analytics and programming languages (Python, R, C+) or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView)
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems Administration, Computer Science, or related fields
  • 2-3 years of experience in roles like internal auditing, financial analysis, or risk consulting
  • Deep understanding of risk management, controls principles, and best industry practices
  • Experience in technical or management consulting related to business processes, internal controls, risk management framework, or internal audit
  • Excellent professional communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in analysis, report writing, and presentation delivery
  • Fluent in written and oral English
  • Business acumen and flexibility with good adaptability
  • Team player with a teamwork spirit
  • Relevant professional certifications such as ACCA, CIA, or FRM (completed or in progress) would be advantageous
