We start with the source code and ONNX converted (and ONNX quantized) IR as the entities which our team will analyze.

We are mainly concerned about the graph operators, layers, subgraphs, and fused operators, etc.

Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care:

  • Analyze the model architecture, the target hardware architecture, the system software architecture in details.
  • Analyze ONNX IR format of many DNN models. Implement and instrument the code to obtain important performance information of the DNN models on various target systems.
  • Analyze the performance of the DNN models in various frameworks on GPUs and embedded systems.
  • The analysis requires a deep understanding of how the model is executed on the target system.
  • Write reports and emphasize the insight learnt from the performance analysis Write technical publications/patents if required.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Have 3+ years of experience
  • Programming languages: Python, C++ Frameworks: ONNX, Pytorch (Tensorflow), OpenMM Architectures: GPUs, FPGAs, CPUs
  • Other skills: AI fundamentals, lowlevel debugging, performance analysis
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
  • Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
