**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
Vận hành Google Workspace, tiếp nhận và thực hiện các yêu cầu như yêu cầu về thay đổi chính sách; hỗ trợ (dùng google API hoặc 3rd party tool) thay đổi thông tin hoặc setting theo yêu cầu. - Expected issues:

- Trong trường hợp xử lý vấn đề phát sinh, cần bảo đảm thời gian xử lý issue -> Không được chậm trễ trong việc xử lý vấn đề.
- Mặc dù không phải là trực tiếp vận hành nhưng cần có kiến thức về GCP và các dịch vụ Google liên quan.
- Có thể sẽ bao gồm công việc lập trình, phát triển khi link tới system khác
- Cần thống nhất phương án hợp tác và phát triển nghiệp vụ hệ thống
- Chi tiết nội dung công việc
- Overseas corporation account management: Cấp phát và thu hồi TK GWS nước ngoài
- Vận hành (toàn bộ): Kiểm tra/thay đổi cài đặt các yêu cầu không đòi hỏi ứng đáp tức thì, Hỗ trợ thay đổi manual quy mô lớn, kiểm tra log và reporting, quản lý thiết bị được liên kết
- Quản lý chính sách (toàn bộ): Bao gồm việc kiểm tra và thay đổi cài đặt theo sự thay đổi chính sách, viết hướng dẫn liên quan đến chỉnh sửa AD GPO
- Hỗ trợ liên kết với các system khác (toàn bộ): Cần kiểm tra kỹ thuật liên quan đến GWS và viết hướng dẫn, thay đổi setting khi liên kết với system khác, (Có thể bao gồm các service liên quan đến GCP, Firebase)

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Điều kiện cơ bản: có kiến thức về IT solution và cloud, ưu tiên nếu hiểu biết về ngôn ngữ lập trình
- Thái độ công việc: Tích cực kiểm tra các văn bản kỹ thuật liên quan sau khi nhận được câu hỏi của khách hàng (hoặc nội bộ công ty) về API
- Khả năng giao tiếp: Có kỹ năng giao tiếp trao đổi công việc với khách hàng(hoặc nội bộ công ty) tốt, trình bày ý kiến một cách rõ ràng, mạch lạc. Tiếp nhận yêu cầu Khách hàng à Check nội dung à Tổng kết, tóm tắt nội dung và phản hồi khách hàng.
- Kỹ năng soạn thảo văn bản: Viết project check list, các công việc cần làm, các nội dung đã thống nhất với khách hàng và share nội dung trong nội bộ.

**Điều kiện ứng tuyển**:

- Có kiến thức về Google Workspace, Google API, Powershell, GCP
- Có 3~5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương
- Có hiểu biết, kinh nghiệm về các solution có liên quan đến groupware như Active Directory, Exchange, DLP v.v
- Có hiểu biết đơn giản và sử dụng được ngôn ngữ lập trình và API. Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng hoặc vận hành AD
- Có kinh nghiệm làm sale về công nghệ solution hoặc đã và đang làm solution engineer
- Có thể đọc hiểu tài liệu tiếng Anh về kỹ thuật
- Giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản, đọc hiểu bằng tiếng anh.

- Ứng viên có certificate GWS
- Ứng viên có kinh nghiệm presales solution cloud
- Ứng viên có thể sử dụng ngôn ngữ script
- Ứng viên có kinh nghiệm về SaaS cho Google workspace và M365
