- Job Summary:
- Mixing drinks: make syrups, infusions, mixed drinks, and cocktails of all types to fulfill customer orders
- Clean and organize bar:
- Maintain alcohol inventory:
responsible for keeping the bar well stocked and fully supplied.- Prepare all drinks listed in menu and mix drinks to guest order.
- Requirement:- Fulfilled training in bartending.
- At least 2 years previous experience as a Mixologist/Cocktail bartender in an upscale hotel or cocktail bar would be essential.
- Can communicate well in English.
