Play as a role of escalation for governance controls (AI Ethics principles, Data ownership, quality & protection) on Data, AI & ML strategy implementation road map via working closely with Business leadership to ensure quality and business value defined in every strategic initiative.

Job Responsibilities

AI Governance (50%)

  • Support Head of IT Governance establish the AI strategy and align with IT & Business strategy.
  • Align the AI Governance framework from Group to local BU and ensure appropriate stakeholders' commitment through implementation roadmap.
  • Involve to AI Governance global working group to identify AI risks (AI ethic principles, financial and non-financial impact) of all initiatives proposed.
  • Ensure the business outcome of AI/ML models deployment through AI governance framework conformance, in-house and commercial AI solution evaluation for business value, transparency, fairness, expected accuracy, compliance, accountability & responsibility, privacy & security and continuously monitoring assurance.
Data Governance (50%)

  • Support Head of IT governance establish local Data strategy to align the outcome of business with established unified data platform.
  • Align Data governance framework implementation roadmap from Group to local BU to ensure the value of data to business via ownership & stewardship commitment, business glossary & data dictionary documentation, data quality issue handling, data protection.
  • Closely working with stakeholders to ensure the value of data through its life cycle supporting to business insight and decision-making optimization.
  • Steer data initiatives defined in IT portfolios to ensure the project outcomes as expected.


Job Accountability- Ensure the AI/ML initiatives in alignment with Enterprise AI/Governance framework.- Propose a strategy for AI/ML vision applied to core business value chain and follow up with proper action plan of related stakeholders.

Ensure the data platform in alignment with Enterprise Data governance framework

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

_/ Bằng cấp_- Bachelor's or Master's degree in data/software/computer science field.

Experience
_/ Kinh nghiệm_- 2-3 years and above in the roles of people manager.

Knowledge and technical skill / Kiến thức và kỹ năng chuyên môn- Experience in risk management, assessment and/or analysis, data analytics, statistics, experimental design and machine learning tools and techniques (e.g., Python, Databricks, Azure & AWS environment) is preferred.
