Retail Foundation is a startup that provides an all-in-one cloud solution for the e-commerce industry to capture, enrich, and distribute product content at scale.

We use AI and workflow automation to help our customers improve their product information management.

Tasks

  • Lead and oversee the user experience of a product from conception to launch in partnership with Product Managers and Engineers
  • Identify opportunities for product or feature enhancements
  • Present product design ideas to leadership and external partners, and take direction whenever necessary
  • Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and low and highfidelity visuals
  • Deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities

Possibilities:

  • Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of our SaaS platforms
  • Conceptualize shortterm solutions to longterm aspirations
  • Brainstorm and iterate with your design and product colleagues to help improve the whole experience
  • Develop and maintain design documentation and the Design system
  • Support hiring and building the Design team in future
  • Other tasks you think we should work on

Requirements:

What we need:

  • A selfstarter who is proactive and detailoriented with growth mindset
  • At least 3 years of experience as a product designer designing modern SaaS platforms
  • Critical thinker who challenges the status quote but is also open to staying in the audience's shoes to understand different perspectives
  • Experience with Figma
  • Experience working in a Scrum team and Agile environment
  • You can do some handson workshops with developers and stakeholders
  • Speaking and presenting in English feel like home to you
