We are looking for a
Senior Product Designer who likes to move fast, and enjoys solving real world problems through design.

You will join a close-knit, collaborative, and light-hearted team, making sure our customers get the best possible experience from our products.


Responsibilities:

  • Join an Anduin squad and own the endtoend design process for one of our core products, from ideation to implementation and iteration
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to gather insights, define requirements, and align on product strategy and roadmap
  • Conduct user research, analyze data, and leverage findings to inform design decisions and improve the user experience
  • Create highfidelity wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design solutions
  • Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate based on input
  • Ensure design consistency and cohesion by contributing to and leveraging Anduin's design system on Figma
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering growth and skill development within the team
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in existing products and processes, and drive initiatives to address them
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate implementation of designs and smooth handoff of assets and specifications

Job Qualifications:

Must-have:

  • Passion for crafting intuitive and impactful user experiences
  • 5+ years of experience designing and shipping successful products/features
  • Strong portfolio showcasing endtoend product design work on medium to complex projects
  • Deep understanding of usercentered design principles and practices
  • Expert proficiency in Figma and creating wellorganized designs and flows
  • Experience creating, leveraging and maintaining design systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to clearly articulate design rationale
  • Selfdriven and proactive, with strong ownership and ability to autonomously drive design process while collaborating crossfunctionally
  • Growth mindset with openness to feedback and continuous learning

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience designing products in B2B SaaS, venture finance, and/or private equity domains
  • Experience working in fastpaced, agile startup environments
  • Experience in mentoring and/or management
  • Relevant certifications or advanced degrees in design, or related fields
