- Tìm kiếm và tiếp cận, tạo dựng quan hệ, chào thuê các môi giới cho thuê để giới thiệu khách hàng vào thuê mặt bằng thương mại & văn phòng tại các dự án The Vista An Phú/ Finding and approaching, build relationships and offer to potential agency to introduce customers for renting commercial & office at The Vista An Phu.
- Hoàn thiện các thủ tục giấy tờ và kiểm soát thủ tục theo quy trình cho thuê như: Thư chào thuê (OTL), Hợp đồng thuê, Nội quy TTTM, Phụ lục (nếu có) cho khách thuê/ Complete paperwork and control procedures according to the leasing process such as: Offer Letter (OTL), Lease Contract, Commercial Rules, Appendix (if any) for tenants.
- Kinh doanh cho thuê và khai thác tài sản Trung tâm thương mại, văn phòng tại dự án The Vista An Phú/ Do leasing of commercial center and office of The Vista An Phu.
- Phân bổ mặt bằng và quy hoạch Thương mại/Văn phòng/ Space allocation and commercial/ office planning.
- Xây dựng Database khách hàng doanh nghiệp, tổ chức, đơn vị khách hàng tiềm năng/ Build a database of potential corporate, customers, organizations.
- Đàm phán Thư mời thuê, Hợp đồng thuê với khách hàng, chốt các điều kiện thương mại và đề xuất các chính sách đặc thù cho từng khách hàng/ Negotiate lease invitations and lease contracts with customers, finalize commercial conditions and propose specific policies for each customer.
- Phụ trách quản lý các hoạt động cho thuê bao gồm quản lý hợp đồng thuê, quản lý các vấn đề liên quan đến cho thuê, lập báo cáo tình hình lấp đầy, tiền thuê và các chức năng quản lý hợp đồng thuê có liên quan khác/ In charge of managing leasing activities including managing lease contracts, lease
- related issues, preparing reports on occupancy, rent and related lease management function others.- Tham mưu, nghiên cứu thị trường báo cáo Quản lý trực tiếp về các phương án khách thuê, chính sách thuê về Thương Mại, văn Phòng, Shophouse /Advise, market research and report directly to management on tenant options, rental policies for Commercial, Office, Shophouse.
- Các công việc khác theo sự hướng dẫn của Quản lý trực tiếp/ Other tasks as directed by Line Manager

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Có kinh nghiệm về lĩnh vực khai thác, cho thuê BĐS, am hiểu các quy định của pháp luật liên quan để quản lý và khai thác Bất Động Sản./Have experience in the field of real estate exploitation and leasing, knowledgeable about relevant legal regulations for real estate management and exploitation.
2- 3 năm tại vị trí tương đương/ 2- 3 years at same position.
Tốt nghiệp Đại học các chuyên ngành Kinh tế,Bất động sản, Quản trị kinh doanhhoặc các ngành liên quan./ Graduated from University majoring in Economics, Real Estate, Businessor related fields.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết phục, đàm phán, chịu được áp lực công việc./ Good communication, persuasion, negotiation skills and ability to withstand work pressure.
Chăm chỉ, trung thực, trách nhiệm/ Harworking, honest, responsible.
Tiếng Anh tốt/Thành thạo tin học văn phòng/ Good English/ Computer office skills.
