Join us in our mission to spread smiles across Asia
Own, implement and drive Zenyum's social media and online marketing channels for Vietnam. You're responsible for the development, execution, copywriting, and measurement of content on social media platforms. Work with other departments to execute and optimize brand campaign related content to drive engagement and performance.

Measure the effectiveness of social media activities, using learnings to iterate your strategy where necessary and drive strong performance across Vietnam.


We will trust you to:

  • Develop social content calendar and collaborate with team to create, support, and execute content, campaigns and initiatives across key channels, ensuring content adheres to a consistent voice and brand guidelines (including but not limited to IG/FB/Youtube/Tiktok).
  • Champion ideas for new content and innovative ways of engaging and reaching audiences on existing social media platforms and discover ways for new social media launches and channels of engagement.
  • Be an advocate for the company in communities, forums, and interact with potential target audiences.
  • Work with creative designers and video editors to create templates for social branding engagement and support basic designs works Manage the private messages on social media and escalate to sales team to provide further information to people who are interested in Zenyum's solutions.
  • Monitor the brand's community pages and build up the brand visibility on relevant communities.
  • Monitor the channel performance and analyze to optimize

We love to see:

  • Have 1.5+ year of experience in content and social media marketing; FMCG/Beauty/Cosmetics/High End Fashion/Tech product product experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and working in a fast paced environment.
  • Practical social media content writing skills and have shown track record to attract and bring in direct business through posts and campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze and work with data of the social media platforms and other analytics tools.
  • Ability to communicate and write effectively across a variety of media in English is required.
  • Curious and creative in testing out new things with a growth hacking mentality.
  • Ability or knowledge/passion of video creation using handy camera or mobile phone is a plus.
