Tam Son currently operates a network of 60 stores in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The company plays an important role in the development of Openasia Group.

  • A Visual merchandiser works closely with Brands to implement brand visual merchandising strategy and maintain stores image nationwide: assist and coordinate all activities of visual merchandising for all stores in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh._
  • A Visual Merchandiser is responsible for planning and building displays that maximize impact on a daytoday basis, to increase sales, get the customer's attention and to provide excellent instore experiences._
  • Coordinate and update monthly reports to Visual Manager from Brands.
  • Define, design, and implement a visual merchandising strategy for the stores.
  • Sharing monthly VM guidelines & coaching instore VM ambassadors. Ensuring uniformity of displays across multiple store locations.
  • Create appealing and eyecatching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
  • Installing and setting up window displays, counters, and instore displays, or supervising contractors hired for this purpose.
  • Changing displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes.
  • Liaise with suppliers and source elements, VM props, creative materials, and accessories for displays.
  • Monitoring costs and working within budget.
  • Collect feedback from sales teams and customers on the visual impact of displays and of the changes implemented.
  • Responsible for VM display in all events, store opening and other company activities both inoutside the store.
