- The role & key responsibilities
- Asset Management Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinate and implement asset management program. Asset management coordinator supports the capital development and lifecycle programs and also leads on the collection, validation and analysis of data necessary to implement investment and disposal programs. This position also support sourcing and validating contractors in relation with FM team to add values to the business.
- Key selection criteria
- A Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- More than 5 year work experience, of which at least one year in a facilities maintenance related organization.
- Architectural/ Engineering background/ Autocad proficient useris a plus
- A good working knowledge and understanding of asset management principles and practices
- A proactive approach to planning, coordination and delivery of work.
- Demonstrated aptitude to continuous improvement and a commitment to professional development
- Good communication skills, ability to keep accurate records, proficiency with various computer software including Excel, Power Point and Word.

- English proficiency requirements
- If English is not your native language then you will be required to demonstrate a minimum English language proficiency standard, equivalent to IELTS (General) 6.0.
