- Kiểm tra tính chính xác, hợp lý và hợp lệ của các chứng từ thanh toán, đảm bảo quá trình thanh toán diễn ra đúng hạn và chính xác.
- Chuẩn bị chứng từ thanh toán ngân hàng, các chi phí liên quan và internet banking cho nhân viên (Công tác phí,...).
- Lập chứng từ thu, chi tiền mặt
- Đối chiếu sổ quỹ và kiểm đếm tiền mặt với thủ quỹ
- Lập báo cáo và theo dõi số dư các tài khoản được phân công (Tạm ứng cho nhân viên, phải thu khác, phải trả khác...)
- Lưu trữ tài liệu, sổ sách khoa học, hợp lý, dễ tìm kiếm, tra cứu
- Thực hiện các công việc liên quan khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Bằng cử nhân chuyên ngành Kế toán hoặc Tài chính
- Kinh nghiệm 2-3 năm tương tự
- Nhanh nhẹn, ham học hỏi, gắn bó lâu dài
- Khả năng sử dụng MS Office tốt
- Có kinh nghiệm về ERP, SAP là một lợi thế
