JOB SUMMARY

  • Interact with clients, owners and suppliers to promote Food and Beverage and hotel
  • Communicate with target customers and manage guests relationship
  • Contribute to the selling strategy of the hotel and manage the departments to increase outlets awareness
  • Understand the competitive marketplace and implement approaches to ensure the hotel stays competitive in the local market
  • Maintain and update Food and Beverage guests database
  • Work effectively to build relationships with colleagues in the hotel
  • Cocreate and implement effective marketing schedules of Food and Beverage activities
  • Evaluate marketing promotions and produce monthly reports
  • Prepare salesrelated documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders).
