- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng/đại học về dựng phim, thiết kế mỹ thuật/đồ họa/ kiến trúc.
- Nam từ tuổi, chịu được áp lực cao.
- Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm hậu kì, thiết kế đồ họa
- Thành thạo các phần mềm Premier, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator,, Adobe, Flash CC, motion graphic 2D, C4D hoặc 3D max
- Kiến thức về kỹ thuật hình ảnh, ánh sáng, âm thanh, biết kỹ xảo; Tư duy hình ảnh, khuôn hình, góc máy; Cập nhật xu hướng dựng/thiết kế mới.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, ham học hỏi, nhanh nhẹn
- Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, tổ chức thực hiện công việc,
- Lập kế hoạch và quản lý thời gian tốt, chịu được áp lực cao.
