Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a reliable and efficient point of contact for the IT team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to procure necessary licenses and infrastructure.
  • Generate monthly reports on server and database usage and performance.
  • Manage and maintain the cloud infrastructure and services of the organization.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot cloudbased systems, resolving any issues or incidents.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts and tools for streamlined operations.
  • Ensure security and compliance of cloud systems, conducting regular audits.
  • Maintain documentation and provide regular reports on system performance.
  • Stay updated with cloud operations and DevOps best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Work on a different timezone if required.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure coordination, preferably in a cloudbased environment.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of server and database performance monitoring tools.
  • Experience managing access authorizations for servers and databases.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure procurement processes and license management.
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies and experience with virtual machine management.
  • Familiarity with IT audit processes and compliance requirements.
  • Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
  • Detailoriented and able to prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
  • Willingness to work or support customers in different time zones.
  • Excellent English communication and collaboration abilities.
