Hàng nhập:
1/ Hoàn tất việc thực hiện một lô hàng nhập theo đúng quy trình nghiệp vụ cơ bản từ lúc nhận chứng từ từ đại lý đến khi lô hàng được giao cho khách hàng

2/ Làm việc với đại lý cho các vấn đề của lô hàng

3/ Làm việc với khách hàng cho các vấn đề của lô hàng

4/ Làm việc với các phòng ban liên quan cho các vấn đề của lô hàng

6/ Các công việc liên quan khác theo sự phân công của Trưởng văn phòng và Quản lí hàng biển

Hàng xuất:

- Nhận RO từ đại lý cho hàng LCL / booking request từ khách hàng.
- Liên hệ khách hàng để arrange booking / liên hệ đại lý để xác nhận là hàng R/O.
- Làm các booking các tuyến được phân công.
- Tiếp nhận các thông tin nhận hàng dưới kho, kiểm tra, đối chiếu so sánh các thông số về hàng hóa thực tế khi nhận hàng với các thông tin khách hàng cung cấp khi gửi booking.
- Nhận SI từ khách hàng và làm H/Bill gửi khách hàng, submit SI cho hãng tàu.
- Gửi chứng từ cho đại lý.
- Nhận các thông tin chuyển tải từ đại lý, cập nhật cho khách hàng.
- Nhập liệu thu, chi và làm P&L của file.
- Thông báo tàu delay, đổi service, đổi tàucho khách hàng.
- Các công việc liên quan khác theo sự phân công của Trưởng văn phòng và Quản lí hàng biển.

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:
Mức lương phù hợp với năng lực, tăng lương 1 năm từ 1-2 lần

**Thời gian**: - Từ 8:00 đến 17:30
- Từ Thứ hai đến thứ sáu hàng tuần

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp đại học khối Kinh Tế, Ngoại Thương, Hàng hải, hoặc Kỹ Thuật chuyên ngành liên quan Logistics, Hàng hải, vận chuyển.
- Có kinh nghiệm 3-5 năm trong lĩnh vực Shipping/Forwarding/Logistics
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và phối hợp đội nhóm tốt
- Chăm chỉ, nhiệt huyết, ham học hỏi, chịu khó
- Tiếng Anh khá
