**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Phụ trách việc bảo trì, vận hành dịch vụ của công ty (dịch vụ theo mô hình SaaS(BtoB))
- Công việc KHÔNG phải là phát triển outsource, nên cần những người tiên phong trong việc cung ứng sản phẩm dịch vụ, nâng cao sự hài lòng của khách hàng đối với sản phẩm dịch vụ của công ty.
- Công việc không chỉ giới hạn ở việc vận dụng kỹ thuật công nghệ, mà còn cần liên hệ với nhiều mảng kiến thức, kinh nghiệm khác.

※ Tuỳ vào sự thích hợp của ứng viên và những nhu cầu thực tế tại công ty, ứng viên sẽ đảm nhiệm một số công việc dưới đây

※ Nếu có kinh nghiệm thực tế làm lập trình Front-end khoảng 5 năm trở lên, có thể trở thành ứng cử viên cho vị trí leader

※ Trong tương lai có khả năng sẽ được đề nghị viết tài liệu kỹ thuật, thuyết trình tại các hội nghị, sự kiện quảng bá kỹ thuật công nghệ.

Hoạt động tiếp xúc khách hàng
- Đề xuất giải pháp để giải quyết các bài toán, vấn đề của khách hàng (đề xuất thiết kế, kiến trúc hệ thống, code mẫu các ví dụ để giải thích solution được đề xuất)

Hoạt động Customer Success
- Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật (kết hợp với team phát triển)
- Sửa chữa, phát triển dịch vụ (kết hợp với team phát triển)
- Các hoạt động điều tra giải pháp công nghệ, phân tích, cải thiện sản phẩm dựa trên những phản hồi, thắc mắc của người dùng
- Cải thiện quy trình nghiệp vụ, phát triển các công cụ hỗ trợ để tăng hiệu suất các quy trình đó
- Quản lý môi trường Production của công ty

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên
- Có kinh nghiệm Angular hoặc Ruby on Rails từ 3 năm trở lên
- Có năng lực và tinh thần đối diện với nhiều thử thách trong môi trường startup
- Có năng lực tư duy logic và năng lực giao tiếp trao đổi
- Có thể tự mình lập mục tiêu, kế hoạch và triển khai, đánh giá và cải thiện các kế hoạch đó
- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng Git trong team phát triển phần mềm
- Có kinh nghiệm trong việc điều tra hệ thống, tìm hiểu công nghệ liên quan đến những nhu cầu, thắc mắc của người dùng

- Front end: Angular, TypeScript
- Infra: MySQL, Redis, Elastic Search, Bugsnag, Zabbix
- Mobile: Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, Java, Firebase
