Job Description:

  • Execute regional projects tenders in different material fields (Temp Labour, Consulting, Marketing, Travel & Mobility etc) and steer global/crossdivisional projects balancing the RFQ process and TCO evaluation of suppliers against the business stakeholder's requirements
  • Suppliers management:
  • Engage with key suppliers to establish deep supplier relationships and build/extend relationships across the divisions (supplier mentorship)
  • Manage suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance, incl. data quality, supplier evaluation, contract management
  • Demand Management: Define and implement category strategies that meet Bosch needs and prepare Submaterial field strategy for Global suppliers
  • Design Negotiation Strategies and execute under competition as well as w/o competition
  • Effectively communicate category strategies to the internal stakeholders
  • Perform total cost of ownership evaluations and supplymarket researches
  • Lead the negotiation of complex contracts and event driven cost reductions and close resp. regional contracts in regards with focus on purchasing automation / eCommerce
  • Ensure fulfilment of compliance requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement in cost, delivery, and quality performance
  • Actively engage, support and lead continuous improvements of processes/Templates within the department and interfaces with other departments with focus on automation (RPA) & data analytics etc

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Economics with deep knowledge in commercial environment
  • Minimum 5 Years' experience in Purchasing in multinational company, experience in the material field of professional services is a plus
  • Supply chain management/business management is added advantage
  • Excellent analytical skills and advanced excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, charts, graphs, etc.) and SAP experience
  • Fluent in English & Vietnamese communication, knowing additional languages is an advantage
  • Excellent negotiation skill, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to partner with other functions/suppliers and foster teamwork
  • Strong selfmotivation to achieve cost reduction targets & positive attitude
  • Inclination towards automation & digitalisation
  • Experience in cost calculation / Zero base costing
  • Shall have knowledge about the problem solving techniques and quality assurance methods
  • Financial acumen
