**Nhiệm vụ chính**:

- **_ Lập kế hoạch, triển khai đào tạo_**:

- Khảo sát nhu cầu, lập kế hoạch và quản lý ngân sách đào tạo nội bộ
- Phát triển, rà soát nội dung tài liệu đào tạo nội bộ
- Tổ chức đào tạo cho công nhân viên
- Xây dựng chính sách đào tạo nội bộ, phối hợp với bộ phận Đào tạo và phát triển của trụ sở chính để tối ưu hóa nguồn lực
- Cải tiến phương thức đào tạo, kênh đào tạo phù hợp với phạm vi, số lượng nhân viên cần tham gia đào tạo
- Gây dựng và phát triển team đào tạo

Giám sát, báo cáo_**:

- Quản lý, giám sát, đo lường hiệu quả đào tạo
- Theo dõi tiến độ, đánh giá hiệu quả công việc phòng ban và báo cáo
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp quản lý

Truyền thông nội bộ_**:

- Xây dựng kế hoạch và dẫn dắt thành viên triển khai kế hoạch/ hoạt động truyền thông đến với CBNV HN Hub trên đa kênh;
- Sáng tạo các ý tưởng cho các chương trình, hoạt động nội bộ, hướng tới hiệu quả truyền thông theo từng mục tiêu cụ thể;
- Lập kế hoạch tổ chức các hoạt động phong trào hay sự kiện của HN Hub và chủ trì, phối hợp với các bộ phận có liên quan tổ chức hoạt động, phong trào nhằm gia tăng sức mạnh đoàn kết nội bộ, xây dựng phát triển văn hóa;
- Phát triển, làm phong phú, đa dạng thêm nhiều kênh thông tin, chuyên trang thông tin nội bộ mới nhằm chia sẻ, truyền tải thông tin trong cán bộ nhân viên, phát huy nguồn lực nội bộ.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Có kinh nghiệm đào tạo từ 1 - 2 năm ở vị trí tương đương
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm đào tạo trong ngành Logistic, đặc biệt là mảng Ecommerce. Có kinh nghiệm đào tạo tại các doanh nghiệp có quy mô nhân sự tương tự như NinjaVan
- Giới tính: Nam
- Độ tuổi: tuổi
- Có kỹ năng tổ chức và làm việc nhóm hiệu quả
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp thuyết trình
- Kỹ năng phân tích, tổng hợp thông tin và báo cáo
- Kỹ năng tin học văn phòng
- Kỹ năng giải quyết công việc và chịu được áp lực cao trong công việc
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành xã hội, giáo dục, ngoại ngữ,
