  • Oversee the compilation of regular cash flow reports for the entire group, supporting the CFO in managing banking relationships and financial institutions to arrange credit limits, negotiate optimal credit terms for the group.
  • Support analysis and exploration of alternative options to enhance the efficiency of utilizing financial resources for duty
- free business within the unit/group.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Interact with the unit/corporate leadership, as well as the Planning and Controlling (P&C) departments of subsidiary units to develop a medium and long
- term business model for the duty
- free business of the unit/group. This involves setting long
- term financial goals, investment models, operational targets to maximize financial efficiency with the objective of "highest efficiency with minimum resources.

"- Implement annual business planning with subsidiary units in duty free operations including:

  • Ensuring approved budgets and business plans are updated into the Oracle system for monitoring and comparing implementation status.
  • Organizing budget approval meetings for the duty

- free business sector.

  • Urging and collecting budget plans, business plans from subsidiary units to submit to the group.
  • Planning and sending budget guidelines to subsidiary units.
  • Analyzing, reviewing, and evaluating budget plans, interacting with the P&C departments of companies to ensure budget planning is closely aligned with business conditions, effective.
  • Interact, provide information to Banks, support CFO in managing banking relationships for the entire group in the duty

- free business sector.
  • Perform other tasks as required by the Executive Vice President of Operations and Finance or the Executive Board.
  • Build and train a suitable human resources team to realize the goals, scope, and job responsibilities.
  • Build an internal financial management database, including providing feedback on building, editing, checking, monitoring Oracle system and related information systems to serve the purposes of analysis, planning, forecasting, and decision
- making, ensuring seamless, efficient connections of administrative information streams within the unit/group.

  • Monitor budget implementation, analyze the periodic performance of duty
- free business of the Group/subsidiary units, timely alerting budget plan risks, business plan risks.

  • Support the assessment of significant duty
- free business decisions of the group such as M&A, evaluating the feasibility of investment projects, supporting the search for project financing sources, monitoring the overall project implementation status.
  • Develop consolidated reporting systems, management analysis reports & key financial/KPI indicators (dashboard) for the group&039;s leadership to have a clear understanding of the business and financial situation of the group, effectively control the business performance of each subsidiary unit.

years of experience in equivalent positions and scale; experience working in MNCs/foreign organizations is preferred.

  • Proficient in organizing information systems, analytical skills, report presentation.

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and motivation skills to work towards set goals with other departments.
  • Broad knowledge, logical thinking, clarity; ability to simplify, generalize, and systematize information; multidimensional vision.
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to connect events, handle complex and voluminous information; identify patterns, trends of events to make decisions.
  • Graduated from a university with a major in finance, accounting. Possessing relevant qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, and information technology is preferred.
