Đối tác của SHR là công ty sản xuất lớn tại **Tân Trường - Hải Dương**, công ty đang cần tuyển 01 ứng viên cho vị trí **Production leader**, cụ thể:
**Mô tả công việc**:

- Quản lý và giám sát các nhóm tuân theo các KPI mục tiêu: Ngân sách, chi phí, năng suất, chất lượng
- Thực hiện theo hướng dẫn của Giám đốc bộ phận.
- Quản lý và điều phối nhân sự trong bộ phận.
- Căn cứ vào tình hình sản xuất, xây dựng kế hoạch nhân sự cho bộ phận sản xuất để đảm bảo Sản xuất có đủ nhân lực để vận hành và đáp ứng kế hoạch sản xuất.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận nhân sự trong việc tuyển dụng đầu vào.
- Chỉ đạo đào tạo nghề cho người lao động.
- Quản lý và kiểm soát tất cả các hoạt động sản xuất nhằm đạt được mức chi phí, chất lượng và kế hoạch sản xuất yêu cầu.
- Trực tiếp triển khai kế hoạch sản xuất cho giám đốc bộ phận,
- Kiểm soát quy trình bằng cách sử dụng vật liệu từ các bộ phận.
- Nhận báo cáo sản xuất, tổng hợp, phát hiện và xử lý kịp thời các vấn đề phát sinh
- Đặt ra mục tiêu cho bộ phận và chỉ đạo các thành viên thực hiện để đạt được mục tiêu
- Đảm bảo sản xuất đúng tiến độ cả về sản lượng và chất lượng sản phẩm.
- Xây dựng quy trình làm việc. Thực hiện cải tiến liên tục để nâng cao chất lượng, sản lượng và giảm giá thành sản phẩm
- Phối hợp với bộ phận Công nghệ để đảm bảo tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn Môi trường, Sức khỏe và An toàn.
- Tạo dữ liệu tổng thể cho việc chuyển đổi Jig, khuôn & máy.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận kỹ thuật giải quyết vấn đề CNC, Ép phun nhựa.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Ưu tiên có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý trong cùng lĩnh vực và trong môi trường sản xuất đa quốc gia.
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm về quy trình CNC và máy ép phun.
- Kỹ năng/trình độ cá nhân
- Có khả năng quản lý, chỉ đạo mọi hoạt động của bộ phận
- Chuyên ngành cơ khí và phân tích vấn đề tốt.
- Giải quyết vấn đề nhanh chóng và hiệu quả
- Khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc nhóm tốt.
- Khả năng động viên nhóm đạt hiệu quả cao
- Người biết cách tạo môi trường làm việc trong đó các thành viên muốn phát huy hết khả năng của mình.
- BA/BS về kỹ thuật điện, cơ khí hoặc công nghiệp hoặc tương đương
- Phải có khả năng giao tiếp hiệu quả với nhân viên thông qua nhiều hình thức công nghệ như điện thoại và máy tính. Phải có khả năng tiếp nhận và truyền tải thông tin.
- Người ở vị trí này cần thỉnh thoảng di chuyển trong văn phòng để tiếp cận tủ hồ sơ, phòng họp, máy photocopy/máy in, v.v. cũng như có khả năng giữ nguyên vị trí cố định 50% thời gian.
- Khả năng di chuyển đến tất cả các khu vực trong cơ sở có thể cần phải leo, lên và xuống cầu thang cũng như di chuyển quãng đường dài theo yêu cầu. Có khả năng mặc Thiết bị bảo hộ cá nhân (PPE) theo yêu cầu. Khả năng đáp ứng các cảnh báo bằng âm thanh và hình ảnh.
- Có khả năng di chuyển và phá dỡ máy có trọng lượng lên tới 27 Kg
