IT Security Assistant Manager

Develop, implement, and maintain security strategies for systems.

  • Manage and monitor network systems to ensure the safety and availability of the network.
  • Assess cybersecurity risks and provide appropriate security solutions.
  • Conduct security assessments and evaluate results to identify security vulnerabilities and provide remediation solutions.
  • Build and implement security procedures / IT policies to comply with client security requirements or international security standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.
  • Monitor security, detect abnormal activities or attacks, and provide mitigation measures.
  • Update and upgrade security and network systems to ensure continuous security and performance.
  • Provide guidance and training to users and teams on security and network issues.
  • Liaise with vendors/suppliers (to deliver and resolve projects/infrastructure problems).
  • Ensure that all Infrastructure system and operating documentation is maintained including administration and management manuals and standard operating procedures.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor & Master's degree in Cybersecurity/Computer Science or related major
  • Experience: At least 7 years of professional experience in IT Security/ Infrastructure
  • Experience in network administration, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and other network protocols and services.
  • Experience with cloudbased solutions, such as AWS or Microsoft Azure
  • Experience working with information security technologies such as encryption, digital signatures, etc.
  • Experience in Database Management is a plus.

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of international security standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.
  • Knowledge of network, hardware, software, and servicerelated technologies.
  • Deep knowledge of security methods and appropriate security solutions for IT systems.
  • Professional certification in Network Systems and Security area is a plus.

  • Good problemsolving skills and logical thinking.
  • Clear, effective verbal and written communication (Vietnamese/ English).
  • Good in time management.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Ability to work within a multifunctional, disciplined team environment with strong influence and management skills.
