Responsibilities:

  • Ensure code quality and development practices are followed, code written by you and your team adheres to standards for accessibility, scalability, usability, security, and performance;
  • Provide technical mentorship and assistance to other developers. You will review code written by your team as well as be a rolemodel developer to the team members;
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies with onshore and offshore teams;
  • Lead, with architects, technical design discussions;
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional team members, management team and customers.

Qualifications:

General requirements:

  • Upper-Intermediate level in English communication skills
  • Likely having 5+ years of experience depending on how fast of your learning and developing technical capability
  • Deep knowledge and experience of project technologies and lead around 35 members effectively
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management and customers
  • Ability to independently manage time and priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Sharp troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical abilities

Technical requirements:

  • Proficient in Python
  • Experienced with Django framework, Python data processing
  • Strong experience in working with SQL and database design; PostgreSQL experience preferred
  • Experienced in using cloud platform (Azure/AWS/GCP)
  • Experienced with Microservices
  • Familiar with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban)

Nice to have:

  • Experience working on frontend frameworks as ReactJS, Angular or EmberJS
