Mô tả công việc Simple quotation and order handling and/or provide day-to-day support to Sales prior to, during and after sales process, by assisting with customer enquiries and sales administration in line with sales plan and needs of sales teams in order to optimise sales process and assist with the realisation of sales targets

  • Analysis
  • Collect, select, structure, combine and interpret customer and sales data, information and developments based on analyses and extensive research
  • After sale service calls
  • Contact customers before/after purchase, explore the customers' (initial) request/demands, impressions and experiences and answer salessupport related questions
  • Proposal & contract support
  • Contribute to the draft of proposals and contracts by gathering all relevant documents and other input in close cooperation with sales and business development
  • Account management
  • Develop and strengthen relations with (strategic) customers and act as a business partner by informing the customer on Damen portfolio development
  • Construction & aftersales
  • Monitor production process, contracts and relationships with customers, assess and ensure correct handling of claims
  • New business
  • Track and analyse the market (developments), initiate relationships with potential (key) customers and detect and acquire new business opportunities
  • Networking & stakeholder management

  • University certificate majoring Technical or Marketing/ Sale.
