Mô Tả Công Việc:

  • Works in one or multiple projects to create architecture for projects, and acts as a member of the project and reports directly to the Project Team Leader on the project matters and report to the Delivery Manager at organizational level.
  • Consults the projects on technical solutions (architecture, design approaches or preliminary designs).
  • May lead a team of Senior SEs and SEs to validate the effectiveness of the proposed architecture to the development team and / or the client.
  • Actively come up with a plan to research latest trends on technologies depends on your expertise (JAVA, PHP,.NET, Database/Data warehouse, mobile development, etc.) as well as to keep uptodate with latest standards and best practices of the technologies.
  • Participate into R&D activities, with specific responsibilities, but not limited to:
  • Evaluate tools / technologies.
  • Coordinate to pilot new tools / technologies.
  • Conduct presentation and / or write white papers for new tools / technologies.
  • Foster knowledge management activities.
  • Coordinate to leverage project resources.
  • Conduct technical topics related trainings and seminars.
  • Be responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and improving the process compliance of each corresponding department.
  • Ensure information security in the current function.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:

  • At least 8 years of indepth experience of at least one of the following technologies: JAVA or mobility that matches the company's business focus.
  • Handson experience with PoC technology.
  • Handson experience with OO software design processes.
  • Handson experience with software processes, especially analysis & design, and implementation.
  • Good analytical and report writing skills, communication skills, problem solving skills (written & verbal).
  • Teamoriented.
  • Ability to work independently and selfdirected.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and teams.
  • Good command of English speaking, writing, and listening skills.
  • Good awareness of information security and confidentiality
