As an experienced Sale Professional, you will act as the key Enterprise Account Manager for Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

This position is an integral part of the McAfee Enterprise business segment which was acquired by Symphony Technology Group (STG) in July 2021.

Enterprise Account Manager - Cyber Security - Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

About the Role


As an Enterprise Account Manager with Trellix, you will maintain and expand relationships with strategically important and large enterprises across FSI, Telco and Government.

Assigned to 10-15 named customers, the Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives often by leveraging C Suite relationships.

Your role will be to help our current and future customers protect themselves from todays and tomorrow's threat landscape. Customer's success is enabled through us innovating and partnering with them throughout their operational lifecycle.

Operational efficacy, agility, efficiency and adaptability is critical for our customers, and you will develop and orchestrate account plans to achieve those outcomes.


Success Looks Like This:

  • You will own the business development outcomes for the solution portfolio into a named account territory (existing and greenfield accounts). This involves orchestrating with an extended sales and presales team, engaging with prospects on their current and future cyber security programs, building and maintaining a balanced pipeline, and aligning the strategy/priorities of your business with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
  • We are committed to partnering with the industry's leading distributors, SI's, MSSP's and resellers. You will need to have expertise in and a strong reputation for collaborating with partners for long term success in achieving your specific account goals.
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering high value sales and thought leadership. Proven success in building both senior and operational relationships.
  • You will enjoy establishing professional and deep relationships with key stakeholders in assigned customer accounts.
  • Lead account planning and strategy, financial targets and critical milestones for 13year period.
  • Grow a deep understanding of customer's business environment, always assess, clarify and validate customer needs.
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs and generating pipeline.
  • Manage the endtoend sales process through engagement of appropriate team members such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc.
  • Generate short term results whilst maintaining a longterm perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
  • Deliver accurate quarterly forecasting and revenue delivery.

About you:

  • 8+ years of sales experience in the Internet Security Industry or adjacent sectors selling into Large Enterprise Accounts in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Tertiary degree preferred.
  • You will be eager to learn new technology and products, embracing the training opportunities that Trellix offers.
  • You enjoy running your business efficiently and accurately. You appreciate using modern sales CRM tools and account planning methodologies. You are a natural collaborator who enrols a virtual team to drive customer success and delight in your accounts.
  • We play a significant role in many of our customers cyber security programs. You understand how to communicate in the boardroom to senior execs as well as to architecture, operations, and procurement teams.
