Responsibilities:

  • Respect, follow and utilize Standards of Perm Target Operating model;
  • Achieve weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ annual individual corporate targets as set, including both financial & nonfinancial KPIs;
  • Align with the business plans as directed by the Team Leader/ Manager and work closely with Colleagues to achieve team targets/ objectives.

Experience requirements:

  • Passionate to learn and grow with your team
  • Resilience, selfmotivation and ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication and relationship building skills
  • Confident, able to use own initiative and manage own workload
  • Result orientation.

Education requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn attitude and possess a cando attitude.
  • Be able to communicate in a clear and concise way, adapting communication styles according to the purpose, audience and situation.
  • Demonstrate customer orientation by understanding customer needs and creating a valuable customer experience.
  • Be able to manage multiple assignments at the same time and maintain a high standard of work.
