  • Report to: Brand Lead
  • Working Location: Me Linh Point, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
  • Contract: the role will be signed with third party

_ MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE_
Leads and directs consumer marketing activities to build up brand positioning.

Responsible for the development and management of marketing strategies and programs to effectively achieve commercialization, profit margin and business plan objectives.


_ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES_

  • Develop consumer and digital marketing strategy with brand lead for a better consumer engagement & experience. Measure & report performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) with proposed action plan.
  • Lead digital marketing campaign & all digital activities on social media page, brand site, EC pageby managing internal team & external agency on creative, production & deployment ensuring quality delivery & timeline execution.
  • Propose marketing, advertising and promotional strategy of the product to achieve short and long term business objectives; including revenue, sales, profit and market share targets.
  • Identify, analyze, and translate product, brand, customer, consumer, and competitive information into marketing strategy. Supervise team to ensure all materials and activities are aligned with and executed in accordance with the strategic direction.
  • Manage budgets, reports and forecasts in a timely manner. Lead in annual budget Plan/ Update cycle. Achieve forecast accuracy and new products launch KPI targets.
  • Build good relationship with stake holder in crossfunction team and be able to get alignment with crossfunction team to deploy the marketing program smoothly to support brand business.
  • Develop annual brand plan and projects, which includes marketing objectives, strategies, advertising and promotion and ensure timely execution. Evaluation on the productivity.
  • Support Business Excellence recertification and sustain business excellence standards
  • Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products and develop action plans to address them.
  • Ensure marketing activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, ethical standards and Corporate Business and Safety procedures

_ MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED_

_ Work __Experience_**Minimum 5-6 years

  • Related marketing experience in MNC FMCG industry
  • At least 1 2years at the same position
  • Prefer background FMCG

_ Education_
Bachelor

  • Preferably Science, Marketing or Business
