We are looking for a Merchandiser Manager to act as our wine expert and select wine collection that pair with our new flagship store.


Merchandiser Manager Responsibilities include recommending wine varieties to our assortment, supervising wine serving and collaborating with winemakers to renew our selections and achieve better prices.

To be qualified for this role, you should have relevant experience in wine knowledge or a vineyard

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage the wine list in coordination with Senior Manager/Director
  • Analyze alcoholic beverage business reports.
  • Management of stock levels and inventory efficiency.
  • Tasting and evaluating wines for offers and our wine subscription service.
  • Negotiate quotation with suppliers.
  • Liaising with our Digital and Marketing team to ensure promotional coordination.
  • Plan and organize "wine activations & activities" periodically to enhance sales and performances.
Requirements and skills

  • Having extensive knowledge of different wines and which regions produce each type
  • Relevant experience and a passion for wine & spirits: Experience as a Sommelier, Wine Steward/Stewardess or similar role.
  • Ability to create tasteful food and wine pairings
