**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
Chuyên viên/Chuyên viên cao cấp Tuân thủ An toàn Thông tin:

- Xây dựng và thực hiện đánh giá, kiểm tra, kiểm soát tuân thủ các chính sách/quy định/quy trình ATTT
theo các quy định cua Ngân hàng nhà nước, tổ chức quốc tế và quy định nội bộ của Ngân hàng.
- Xây dựng kế hoạch, giải pháp đảm bảo ATTT, quản lý rủi ro cho các hệ thống thông tin.
- Xây dựng, đề xuất cải tiến, cập nhật các chinh sách/quy định/quy trình ATTT.
- Đánh giá biện pháp kiểm soát ATTT, đề xuất cải tiến quy trình và theo dõi hành động xử lý, khắc phục, phòng ngừa sau đánh giá
- Thực hiện đánh gía mức độ phù hợp và tìm cơ hội cải tiến Quy định, quy trình và các tài liệu hướng dẫn đảm bảo An toàn thông tin.
- Tham gia hướng dẫn/phổ biến việc áp dung các quy định, quy trình trong ABBank.
- Kiểm soát nội dung, quy trình thực hiện (lưu đồ) đảm bảo tối ưu hóa cho người sử dụng và các bên liên quan, sự phù hợp với cam kết chất lượng (SLAs) và các chỉ tiêu chất lượng đầu ra được xác dinh trong các quy trình.
- Kiểm soát thống nhất (logic), diễn đạt, hình thức... của văn bản bảo đảm tuân thủ đúng các quy định về văn bản nội bộ hiện hành của ABBank.
- Đưa ra các khuyến nghị và hướng dẫn đối với các điểm yếu được nhận diện.
- Tham gia vào quá trình quản lý thay đồi.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của Lãnh đạo.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học CNTT chính quy trong nước hoặc nước ngoài theo các chuyên ngành: An toàn
thông tin, Công nghệ thông tin hoặc tương đương.
- Nắm bắt được các yêu cầu của Ngân hàng Nhà nước đối với tổ chức tài chính về việc đảm bảo an toàn bảo mật hệ thống thông tin.
- Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm 2 năm chuyên sâu về biên soạn, triển khai hệ thống chính sách ATTT, đã làm
chính sách ATTT trong lĩnh vực Ngân hàng.
- Ưu tiên có các chứng chỉ về công nghệ thông tin, an toàn thông tin, đánh giá tuân thủ: Lead Auditor,
CISSP, CISA, CRISC,...
- Ưu tiên người đã từng quản lý hoặc tham gia triển khai và vận hành các dự án về bảo mật: PCI DSS,
ISO 27001, DLP,..
- Có kinh nghiệm trong việc kiểm soát về ATTT, có kiến thức về lĩnh vực tài chính, ngân hàng, có khả năng trao đổi, đọc và viết tốt bằng tiếng Anh.
- Khả năng nắm bắt công việc nhanh, quản lý, sắp xếp, xử lý công việc khoa học; Khả năng tư duy, sáng tạo, phân tích, tổng hợp tốt; Khả năng giao tiếp, đàm phán, thuyết phục, làm việc nhóm tốt; Khả năng thuyết trình, kinh nghiệm đào tạo.
- Tính kỷ luật cao, chịu được áp lực trong công việc.
- Hiểu biết cơ bản về văn bản quy định pháp luật trong lĩnh vực liên quan.
